    Blew My Techie Mind...

Posted by Jeffrey Brooks on 25th Jun 2024

Very impressed with this TV. Had to replace my Samsung UN55HU6950 55-Inch 4K Ultra HD 60Hz Smart LED TV which I thought had a picture that was better than my Samsung UN65JS8500 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD 3D Smart LED TV. But the picture on this TV is totally awesome. Better brightness and more next gen controls. And it connects to my WI-FI 6 enabled Verizon router. Only one of my ten devices to connect at WI-FI 6 (IEEE 802.11ax for you techies like me). I was also impressed with how professionally this unit was packed in the box. The price was so good, I'm already considering the 75" U8N because of the price and how well it compares to my OLED Alienware Laptop and OLED 32" Alienware monitor. Don't need my Yamaha soundbar on this Dolby Vision enabled TV.

Fantastic TV & Best Bang For Your $Buck$

Posted by Mrs. Annette Perkins on 20th Jun 2024

First of all I love Tech I’ve always been into reading and like to stay up to date on the latest tech at CES and what’s on the Horizon. Ok So I’ve been researching tvs for the past couple months and decided to go with the U7. I Bought this on sale On Memorial Day Weekend for $599 and it was a great deal for what you get. Coming from a 2021 led 50” Samsung to this 55” Mini-Led is literally night and day. The picture is so Crystal Clear & Crisp even in the brightest of rooms. The Blacks are deep and the whites look great, I’ve tried to look for blurring/Lag When Playing PS5 but I didn’t see any even when trying to move fast on the screen. Hisense has really upped their game in the past few years, they are giving LG & Samsung some serious competition which is great. For those that don’t plan on using a sound bar or external speakers, the 40 Wat 3 speakers actually sound pretty good for regular tv speakers. Watching a movie the dialogue came out crisp and clean while the music also sounded relatively good, although there was very little bass. It has everything I need in terms of Inputs & Outputs 4 HDMI 2 USB A & C Optical Out for easy audio connections and more. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the 2024 Hisense U7, like I said for the money it’s one of the best Q-LED/Mini-LED TVs on the market right now.

Outstanding picture - U6 also as good for TV use.

Posted by Daniel Morris on 14th Jun 2024

I really love this TV. The picture is excellent. I am able to easily manage the tv through my Roku remote. It does require me to hit 'HOME' on the Roku Remote to change from the Google home screen to the Roku home screen, but this is intuitive and easy. The only misconception I found was that only HDMI 3 & 4 had the 144hz input options; HDMI 1 & 2 were 60hz. Since broadcast tv only currently uses 60hz, this is ok, but all this advertisement about 120hz and 144hz apparently does not apply to normal tv watching and is much ado about nothing.

    Best TV for Price-Conscious Gamers

Posted by Darius Singh on 8th Jun 2024

I have had this TV for one week now and I am extremely happy with my purchase. As somebody who predominantly uses his TV to play video games and watch sports, this one was the perfect fit for me. The two things that really stand out to me about it: 1) the native 144Hz refresh rate. I did not think I would notice such a difference but you will be shocked. 2) the compatibility with almost every picture quality brand. Dolby Vision, IMAX Enhanced, HDR10+, etc. this TV also has a setting where it will automatically sense when a program I am watching is available in one of those formats, and switched itself to that mode. Overall Rating - 89/100

    Great picture, poor interface

Posted by Troy Riley on 2nd Jun 2024

Great picture. Quirky Google operating system interface. Takes too long to start up and the first intro screen is not what you are remotely interested in. Only two of the four HDMIs are usuable as two require a special 144Hz cable for gaming consoles. If you dont use game consoles these two HDMI ports are useless. When watching OTA broadcast signals, each station takes nearly a minute to stablilze with listenable sound. Until then, it is pretty unintelligible.

    Hisense 55U7N - Just WOW!

Posted by Diana Walker on 28th May 2024

Just wow! My old tv in my office finally died. I was looking for something that would not only great for watching the news, but would also be good for movies and sports. After doing my research I decided on the 55U7N. A friend of mine and purchased a U7K last year and raves about it. The fact that the U7N is nice and bright is because it’s Mini LED. This is great since I have a number of windows in my home office. The picture is amazing. The colors are vibrant and black levels rival the OLED my brother has in his living room. The big test for me, I wanted to see how Game of Thrones looked on it. Reason being, there is a lot of action and dark scenes. I have to say. The U7N looks Phenomenal! I ended up binge watching the entire first season again. Due to limited space I did not get a soundbar. The sound is great. The built in subwoofer really makes a big difference. Full rich sound. I highly recommend. Thinking I may need a 75” for the living room?

    Great Viewing Experience!

Posted by Amanda Murray on 26th May 2024

Hisense does it again! I needed to upgrade my bedroom tv and I did not hesitate to think twice in getting the Hisense 55" Class U7 series. I already had experience with the Hisense brand with my living room tv except it's a 75" and it's the U6 series. Once I received the TV the installation only took about 10-15 to get into my wall bracket. Then setting the TV up was a breeze. I like that the set up was quick once I logged into my account; all the apps were pre installed. As soon as started watching my Hisense 55" U7 series; I was blown away on how this TV's performance just does it all! The picture quality is quite impressive. It's a great TV to watch anything like shows/movies/videos in rooms that have limited lighting or are very dark. My Hisense U7 Series has a brilliant mini LED backlight as well as efficient local dimming quality which permits it to produce bright highlights and deep blacks. Unlike other TV's that I've had in the past this TV has rich black levels, quality contrast, also shadow detail in dark sequences. With it's 4K 144hz experience, this Hisense 55" Class U7 series is also a pretty good tv for gaming. My kids and I thoroughly enjoy playing in this TV; it has great reflection handling as well as HDR peak brightness. Overall, this TV has exceeded my expectations above and beyond! I will definitely continue to buy from the Hisense brand series for any future upgrades.

Great Price Point for the quality and experience

Posted by Stephanie Joyce on 24th May 2024

This is a great mid range tv that can do a lot of the things that most expensive tv's do. most consumers don't really use all the gimmicks and features that other more expensive tv's do that only professionals or critics actually look for. Google TV OS is actually way better than other out there.

Great Budget TV, game mode is awesome esp for FPS games, speakers are the best I've ever heard on a TV. Struggles with viewing angles, it's an LED . Love this great Buy
